I am Eva Gold Young, a versatile artist. I work in a wide range of media, and paint a wide range of subjects, either from life or from photos, as appropriate. I have painted since childhood, but have embarked on commissioned work relatively recently. Some of this work has been for overseas clients, and my paintings can be seen in Europe, USA and South Africa, as well as in UK. I show my paintings from time to time at Craft Fairs or Exhibitions. When not doing commissioned work, I enjoy painting ‘seasonally’, especially in my garden, or capturing movement, when attending my husband’s Brass Band concerts and summer fetes. In addition to painting, I am a late-comer to patchwork quilting and also have great fun building, decorating and furnishing Dolls Houses, including painting tiny pictures for the walls.
